Additional Restaurateur Vendor Information:
FOOD SALES DETAILS:
- The number of food vendors accepted may limited due to space
- Restaurants will be chosen based on the menu submitted to avoid duplication
- Preference is given to repeat vendors then in order of applications received
- No Alcoholic Beverages may be served except by designated vendor. No alcohol may be brought in to the venue for personal consumption
- Vendors are expected to be open during event hours both days.
SPACE AND FEE DETAILS:
• Space is limited to 10 x 10 – participants must provide white tents, tables, signage, appropriate extension cords, food service supplies, etc
• 110 Electrical service is included. If you need anything different, you must indicate that so that we have time to make accommodations, if possible.
• Hand washing station is provided
• Total cost for the weekend is TBA
• You must provide your own Health Permit
• You will keep all sales revenue
• You are responsible for NYS Sales Tax.
