Each vendor is require to submit their menu in advance. Vendors will be selected based on menu offered, with preference given in order of receipt. You may be asked to adjust to your menu if duplicate items are submitted.

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our Committee. If accepted, further information, including invoice for space will be provided. Failure to pay vendor fee by the date on the invoice will result in your forfeiture of space.

FOOD SALES DETAILS:

The number of food vendors accepted may limited due to space
Restaurants will be chosen based on the menu submitted to avoid duplication
Preference is given to repeat vendors then in order of applications received
No Alcoholic Beverages may be served except by designated vendor. No alcohol may be brought in to the venue for personal consumption
Vendors are expected to be open during event hours both days.

SPACE AND FEE DETAILS:
• Space is limited to 10 x 10 – participants must provide white tents, tables, signage, appropriate extension cords, food service supplies, etc
• 110 Electrical service is included. If you need anything different, you must indicate that so that we have time to make accommodations, if possible.
• Hand washing station is provided
• Total cost for the weekend is TBA
• You must provide your own Health Permit
• You will keep all sales revenue
• You are responsible for NYS Sales Tax.
