Fulton Jazz Festival’s mission is to promote live Jazz Music Performance and Education in Fulton as well as throughout Oswego County.                                                                                                                                                                Celebrating its 10th year in 2018, Fulton Jazz Festival brings a true American musical genre to an area without many opportunities to experience live Jazz Music for free. This multi-day "festival style" event presents various genres of Jazz featuring local/regional Jazz Musicians and World-Class performers to a culturally under-served community.
