We make every attempt to NOT have more than one vendor selling similar items, however we cannot guarantee exclusivity to any vendors

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our Committee. If accepted, further information, including invoice for space will be provided. Failure to pay vendor fee by the date on the invoice will result in your forfeiture of space.

SITE FEE: TBD for the weekend

Space to be occupied by one (1) business only! 10' x 10' space (you must supply your own tent, table, chairs, fixtures, etc)

If you require electricity, one plug - 110 is available. Additional plugs depend on availability. You must supply your own long outdoor cords, etc.

Vendors must be open all hours of the Festival, typically approximately 5 pm to 11 pm, depending on final entertainment schedule

Due to space restrictions, NO vehicles will be permitted to enter the space-please plan to carry-in/ carry-out all supplies from the parking area

The Festival is a family venue and vendor displays must be so oriented.

The Festival is also a designated “No Smoking Area”

Acceptance of your application is solely at the discretion of the Fulton Jazz Festival Committee
